(2) Attempt to reverse engineer, derive source code, modify, adapt, translate, data mine, decompile or disassemble or create derivative works from the Services or any Content, except as otherwise provided by applicable local law;
(3) Remove, disable, circumvent or modify any technological measure we implement to protect them or any of our intellectual property rights related thereto;
(4) Interfere or attempt to interfere with access by any user, host or network, including but not limited to sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming or mail bombing the Services or any of its users;
(5) Encourage or enable anyone else to do any of the foregoing.
A user's "User Content" means any and all content uploaded, distributed or otherwise made available by that user through any Game. You are solely responsible for your User Content. You bear all risks associated with the use of your User Content, including any reliance on its accuracy, completeness or usefulness by others, or any disclosure of your User Content that makes you or any third party personally identifiable. You hereby represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate the Acceptable Use Policy (defined below). You may not state or imply that your User Content is in any way provided, sponsored or endorsed by us. We have no obligation to back up any User Content, and User Content may be deleted at any time. You are solely responsible for creating backup copies of your User Content if you wish.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We provide these links only as a convenience and are not responsible for the content, products or services available on or from those websites or the resources or links displayed on such websites. You acknowledge full responsibility and assume all risks for your use of any third-party websites or resources.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and the Wildlife Parties hereby disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise. Without limiting the foregoing, the Wildlife Parties expressly disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability, quiet enjoyment and non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of a course of dealing or usage of trade. The Wildlife Parties make no warranty that the Services will meet your requirements or that the Services will be available on an uninterrupted, secure, virus-free or error-free basis. The Wildlife Parties make no warranty as to the quality, accuracy, timeliness, authenticity, completeness or reliability of the Services.
